We are developing Planned Communities (subdivisions) in these regions of California: Rancho Mirage, Desert Hot Springs, Palm Springs, San Fernando Valley, Central Coast, East Bay & Napa. We expect our first subdivisions to be ready for sale this summer with home deliveries starting in Spring 2022.
